The applicant has submitted two concurrent consent applications proposing to convey two parcels of land shown as Part 1 and Part 2 on the attached Schedule. The application proposes to convey Part 1, with an area of 12.70ha, and Part 2 with an area of 6.00ha, for future residential use, following the completion of a secondary plan.  Part 3 will be retained for continued agricultural use. Parts 4, 5, 6, and 7 will be dedicated to the City of Niagara Falls for a road widening along Crowland Avenue. Part 8 will be dedicated to the City of Niagara Falls for a daylight triangle at the southeast corner of Biggar Road and Crowland Avenue.
