Visit the Winter Festival of Lights in Niagara Falls, Canada November 18, 2017 to January 31, 2018. This winter the Festival will be celebrating its 35th season! The festivities will kick-off with Opening Ceremonies on November 18 in Queen Victoria Park, admission is free!
