2026 vendor applications
Full-time and daily rate vendor applications are now closed for the 2026 Farmers’ Market season. We are still accepting applications from vendors who want to attend sporadically throughout the season as a Daily Rate Vendor.All potential vendors must complete this form to be considered. City Staff will approve applications as they are submitted. Once you have been approved as a successful applicant, you will be sent a request for the dates you want to attend the market and then later a payment link to complete your application. Payment must be completed prior to the Market season to secure your booth.

Vendor handbook
Prior to registering to become a vendor, please review the vendor handbook to determine if the Market is a good fit for your business. Please note that all vendors are responsible for all items involving their setup (tents, tables, chairs, etc.). The City does not provide any power options or water supplies.

Food and Beverage Vendors
All food and beverage vendors are to acquire a vendor permit from the Niagara Region Public Health Department in order to participate in any Farmers’ Market with the Niagara Region. Applications can be found online on the Niagara Region website.
Sponsorship opportunities
Help support your community by sponsoring the Niagara Falls Farmers' Market! You can sponsor one event, a few, or the whole season. Apply online using the Sponsorship Application. Applications are accepted year-round.
