Location: The subject property known as 6221 ARAD ST is located North of Arad St and West of Drummond Rd, between Drummond Rd and Heximer Av. The applicant is requesting the Committee of Adjustment to consider minor variances from provisions of Zoning By-law No 79-200, as amended, through a process permitted by Section 45(1) of the Planning Act (R.S.O. 1990, c.P.13).

Proposal: The applicant is proposing to construct a two-storey garage addition that shall have an additional dwelling unit located on the second floor of the above noted property. The subject property is zoned Transition Residential Multiple (TRM) Zone in accordance with Zoning By-law No. 79-200. The TRM zone permits a single detached dwelling subject to the regulations contained in clauses (a) to (l) of section 7.5.2 the R1E zone.
