Return to application listThe City’s Planning, Building & Development Department will be reviewing the followings development proposals for approval under delegated authority:
- Zoning By-law Amendment Application AM-2024-001 for 9234 Sodom Road - Revisions to implement the Ontario Land Tribunal settlement that will modify the zoning regulations for a proposed subdivision
- Part Lot Control PLC-2024-001 for 7391-7401 Marvel Drive that will recognize each of the individual units as separate parcels
- By-law No. 2024-047 - A bylaw to designate Block 113, Registered Plan 59M-498, not to be subject to part lot control (PLC-2024-001)
The Public Meeting can be live streamed using the Zoom Platform on the day of the event. Pre-registration is required to be provided the Zoom link by contacting the Planning Department at [email protected].
