As of June 2017, the City of Niagara Falls (City) established CAD standards to be used for submission of CAD drawings to the City of Niagara Falls. The CAD standards are intended to be used in conjunction with our Engineering Design Guidelines for all projects involving the construction of City infrastructure or the connection to City infrastructure including; subdivision design, capital projects and site plans.
This standard is a work in progress and will continue to evolve with new software developments and new departmental procedures. The latest version of the standard, Rev.1 January 2020, is available for download below. It is the Consultant’s responsibility to ensure the latest version of the manual and template are being utilized.
