REGISTRATION FOR THE WINTER SESSION BEGINS WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 11TH!
Winter Session Registration will take place on Wednesday, December 11th at 6:00 pm for residents online. In person Niagara Falls resident registration opens on Thursday, December 12th at 9:00 am. Non-resident registration opens on Friday, December 13th.
The Winter Adult Fitness Session runs January 5 to March 8.
Hatha Yoga
With this type of yoga, you move your body slowly and deliberately into different poses that challenge your strength and flexibility, while at the same time focusing on relaxation and mindfulness.

Adult Tennis Lessons
Join us at the Niagara Falls Racquet Centre at John Allan Park. Thanks to an enclosed dome, you can enjoy tennis year-round! Professional instructors will guide you through skills, drills, and games to develop your abilities in a small group environment. Equipment is available upon request.
