Registration for the fall session begins Wednesday, September 3!
Fall registration will take place on Wednesday, September 3, at 6 pm for residents online. In person Niagara Falls resident registration opens on Thursday, September 4, at 9 am. Non-resident registration opens on Friday, September 5.
The fall session runs from September 7 to November 1.

Bollyfit
Bollyfit merges the excitement of Bollywood dance with a heart-pumping fitness workout. This class combines cardio bursts, toning exercises, and easy-to-follow dance routines to deliver a full-body workout that boosts strength, flexibility, and endurance. Suitable for all fitness levels, Bollyfit is the perfect way to exercise and de-stress while having a blast.
- Sundays at 1:30 pm and Fridays at 5:30 pm
Bollywood Dance
Experience the vibrant rhythms and high-energy moves of Bollywood! This class incorporates dynamic choreography inspired by Indian cinema, blending classical, folk, and contemporary styles for a fun, upbeat workout. All levels are welcome—no dance experience necessary. Come ready to move, express yourself, and sweat to infectious music!
- Sundays at 2:45 pm and Fridays at 6:45 pm
Cardio HIIT
HIIT, or high-intensity interval training, is a cardio workout that alternates between short bursts of intense exercise and brief recovery periods. It's a fun and effective way to improve fitness, burn calories, and boost metabolism in less time than traditional cardio.

Cardio Kickboxing
Cardio kickboxing is a high-energy fitness class that combines martial arts techniques, primarily from kickboxing, with aerobic exercise. It's a full-body workout that focuses on punching and kicking motions to improve cardiovascular health, burn calories, and enhance agility and coordination.
- Thursdays at 7:45 pm
- Saturdays at 1 pm
EMOM Midday/Saturday
An EMOM class, short for "Every Minute on the Minute," is a fun and challenging fitness class format where participants complete a set number of reps of an exercise within each minute, using any remaining time as rest before the next minute begins. This interval training method is versatile, allowing for both strength and endurance training, and can be easily adapted to different fitness levels and goals.
- Mondays and Fridays at 12:15 pm
- Saturdays at 2:15 pm
Gentle Stretch and Release
This class will focus on lengthening muscles, improving flexibility, and reducing tension through a series of slow, mindful movements.
Hatha Yoga
With this type of yoga, you move your body slowly and deliberately into different poses that challenge your strength and flexibility, while at the same time focusing on relaxation and mindfulness.

Racquetball Lessons
Come out and discover the basics of Racquetball learning skills, drills, and games from community Racquetball coaches Todd Bright and Tammy Gray. The small group settings will ensure everyone gets plenty of playtime and coaching! All equipment provided. We also have youth lessons, click here to learn more!

- Adult Lessons / Youth Advanced (ages 9+) - 8 pm to 8:45 pm.
- Thursday classes beginning September 11
- Women & Girls (ages 9+) – 6 pm to 6:45 pm
Note: No experience necessary, but rotation shared with advanced youth players
Shape and Tone
Exercises focus on adding definition to your physique with higher reps and lower weight. These workouts will help improve your circulation, metabolism, and caloric burn, further enhancing the shape and definition of your muscles.
Sticks and Straps (Davinci Stick meets TRX)
The Davinci method of fascia strength training guides you through a series of Fundamental Linear Movements geared to correct and improve Posture, Mobility and Strength.
TRX is a revolutionary workout that incorporates a special set of straps that hang from the wall. Use your body weight and gravity as resistance to build strength, balance and coordination, flexibility, core and joint stability.
Strength and Conditioning
The class is designed to create a stronger body. By working on strengthening muscles, bones and joints in as safe and controlled environment. From body weight to TRX and Dumbbells. Learn a variety of ways to excite your muscles and strengthen your body.
Strength and Mobility
This class utilizes body weight exercises focusing on core engagement , controlled movements , improving flexibility and range of motion. A great class for functional fitness at all levels.
Strength and Stretch
Improve strength and balance with weights, bands, and body weight exercises. Then enjoy a long stretch and relax.
Tennis lessons
Tennis lessons are available at John N. Allan Park (in the Dome), 6980 Kalar Road.

TRX (Total Resistance Exercise)
Combined Beginner and Intermediate Class
TRX is a revolutionary workout that incorporates a special set of straps that hang from the wall. Use your body weight and gravity as resistance to build strength, balance, coordination, flexibility, core and joint stability
- Mondays at 8:15 am and 5 pm
- Wednesdays at 7:15 am, 5 pm, and 6:15 pm
Zumba
With the high-octane dance, you will see some serious moves as you make your way through the routines all choreographed to upbeat and fast-paced music.

Refund Policy
- For Programs, Courses, and Special Events with two or fewer classes/sessions:
- A refund will be issued if it is more than 48 hours from the start of the course
- No refunds will be issued within 48 hours from the start of the course
- For Programs, Courses, and Special Events with three or more classes/sessions:
- A refund will be issued if the class has not started
- Once the class has started, registration fees will be refunded on a pro-rated basis
- No refunds will be issued after the third class
- Late Enrollment: Joining after the first class will only result in a prorated fee if the program is delivered by Niagara Falls staff (ex. Swim Lessons) and not if delivered by a 3rd party provider (ex. Carousel Players Drama Program)
- All refunds and transfers are subject to a $10.00 administration fee, per participant
- A full 100% refund is given if the program is cancelled by the City of Niagara Falls
