REGISTRATION FOR THE SPRING SESSION BEGINS WEDNESDAY, MARCH 5th!
Spring Session Registration will take place on Wednesday, March 5 at 6:00 pm for residents online. In person Niagara Falls resident registration opens on Thursday, March 6 at 9:00 am. Non-resident registration opens on Friday, March 7.
The Spring Adult Fitness Session runs March 16 to May 24. No classes April 20, 21, May 19.
Hatha Yoga
With this type of yoga, you move your body slowly and deliberately into different poses that challenge your strength and flexibility, while at the same time focusing on relaxation and mindfulness.

Adult Tennis Lessons (Registration Opens March 5)
Join us at the Niagara Falls Racquet Centre at John Allan Park. Thanks to an enclosed dome, you can enjoy tennis year-round! Professional instructors will guide you through skills, drills, and games to develop your abilities in a small group environment. Equipment is available upon request.
