This chair yoga class is designed to offer a nurturing space for individuals navigating the journey of stroke recovery. Through mindful breathing, gentle stretches, and supported poses, we will aim to enhance mobility, balance, and emotional well-being. Join us as we embark on a journey of self-discovery, finding peace and strength in every breath and movement.


Hatha Yoga

With this type of yoga, you move your body slowly and deliberately into different poses that challenge your strength and flexibility, while at the same time focusing on relaxation and mindfulness.

Join us at the brand-new Niagara Falls Racquet Centre at John Allan Park. Thanks to an enclosed dome, you can enjoy tennis year-round! Professional instructors will guide you through skills, drills, and games to develop your abilities in a small group environment. Equipment is available upon request.
