Have your Birthday at the MacBain Community Centre! Birthday parties are available on Saturdays and Sundays with two different times to choose from. All birthday parties take place in the Multi-Purpose F Room.

- Room Only - $75 (plus HST)
- Room and Gym- $100 (plus HST)
- Rental includes Gym C (1/3 of full gym)

General Rental Information
- Payment: Payment is due at the time of booking
- Insurance: Insurance is required and can be purchased at the time of booking. For room only: $2.16/hour, with gymnasium: $4.32/hour.
- Cleaning/Damage Deposit: $50.00 deposit required – The deposit will be returned upon inspection of room at the end of the party. Please visit customer service desk.
- Refunds: $20.81 plus hst administration fee on refunds for cancellations received a minimum of 14 days prior to the event. 50% refund if cancelled 4 - 13 days prior to the event. 0% refund if cancelled within 72 hours of the event.
- Food & Beverage: If you’re planning to include food and drinks for your event, an on-site facility food vendor is available to meet your needs.
