NIAGARA FALLS, ON - The Niagara Falls Mayor's Youth Advisory Committee's (MYAC) Mental Health Sub-Committee invites high school students to attend an Academic Success Night on Tuesday, April 12th, from 4:00pm to 6:30pm, at the MacBain Community Centre (7150 Montrose Road.) This is a fun, free event where students can complete their homework with resources available, meet others, and learn mental wellness strategies.
The evening will feature a guided meditation practice by Carey Campbell, as well as a self-care session lead by Lisa Gillies. Healthy snacks and drinks will be provided, as well as an opportunity to win prizes.
The event is open to all students currently enrolled in a Niagara Falls High School, as well as Niagara Falls residents in Grades 9-12B enrolled in a school outside of Niagara Falls.
