2024 Niagara Falls City Guide

Introducing the new City Guide!

Residents can soon expect a new City Guide delivered straight to their mailboxes. Designed to be both practical and easy to use, this new tool offers Niagara Falls residents a useful resource for quickly finding the essential services and amenities offered by the City.

In addition to a listing of municipal services, the City Guide presents an overview of available recreation programs and amenities, culture and funding opportunities, facility rentals, a detailed map of the City highlighting parks and trails, and answers to the questions most frequently asked by our residents.

“We’re excited for you to get your hands on this at-home reference for all things City of Niagara Falls," said Mayor Jim Diodati. "Learn more about programs, events, and amenities in our community - keep this guide close at hand!”

Copies of the City Guide will soon be delivered to every household mailbox in Niagara Falls. The City Guide will also be available for pick up at the following municipal facilities (while supplies last):

  • Gale Centre Arena, 5152 Thorold Stone Road
