How To Do Business With The City
One of the most frequently asked questions of the Procurement Section is... how can a supplier do business with the City of Niagara Falls? The Procurement Section maintains a comprehensive register of potential suppliers who can bid on the various needs of the municipal government. Please complete the Bidder's Registration Form located on the Bid Opportunities page to apply to be placed on the City of Niagara Falls bidder's register. As well, advertisements of tenders for our major construction works and other major projects are placed in the Niagara Falls Review newspaper.
Requests to be placed on the bidder's register can also be sent by regular mail or by fax. Please send a request on your company's letterhead asking that your company be placed on the City of Niagara Falls bidder's register for the products or services that your company provides. Try to be as specific as possible in describing these products or services. Please note that there are some bid opportunities that will require bidders to be pre-qualified before being invited to submit a bid.
