Licencing Appeal Committee

Introduction

The Licencing Appeals Committee is an all-citizens committee appointed by Council to conduct hearings of appeals under the City of Niagara Falls By-law 2021-57 regarding the regulation of Vacation Rental Units (hereafter, VRU) and Bed and Breakfast (hereafter, B&B) establishments.

Mandate

The Licensing Appeal Committee conducts hearings to render decisions regarding the refusal, revocation or suspension of a VRU and/or B&B licences, and the imposing of Terms and Conditions on a licencee.
