Welcome to the Office of the City Clerk. The office provides the statutory duties of the municipal clerk as well as duties under the Vital Statistics Act, issuance of marriage licence's under the Marriage Act, Freedom of Information Act, manages the City's records, conducts municipal elections, issues lottery licence's and business licence's and prepares Council and Committee agendas and minutes.
In many cases, the Clerk's is the initial contact point for the public at City Hall.
