NIAGARA FALLS, ON - The 2022 Community Curbside Giveaway is fast approaching! Saturday, April 16, 2022, rain or shine, Niagara Falls residents are encouraged to recycle unwanted, reusable items, in the spirit of community and sustainability.
To participate, place used items, which are in good condition, on your property for others to take. This initiative gives useful items a new life while keeping them out of the landfill. It also encourages recycling, builds a stronger community, and contributes to a more sustainable city.
Promote your items locally using the City of Niagara Falls Curbside Giveaway Facebook event page, or share photos on Instagram and Twitter using the hashtag #nfcurbside. Material must be removed from the curb by 7 p.m. Saturday to avoid by-law violations (and potential fines.) The City will not collect any items left at the curb.
