Call for Artists, Vendors & Performers: Niagara Falls Night of Art

NIAGARA FALLS, ON - The City of Niagara Falls is currently accepting submissions for the 14th annual Niagara Falls Night of Art event on Thursday, September 18, 2025. The event offers a super-packed evening filled with art, live music, video, art installations, artisanal work, improv, and lots of laughs, throughout the Niagara Falls Exchange and Niagara Falls History Museum. Submissions for artists, performers, and vendors are now open and due Friday, July 25, 2025. 

Call for Artists and Performers: 

The Culture team is currently seeking installation and performance artists of all mediums. This includes mixed media, dance, immersive experiences, hands-on activities, and audience-engagement works. 

• Artists are invited to submit a proposal outlining their ideas and involvement in this year's Night of Art. The Culture team will select artists at the price points of $250, $500, $1000, $1500, and $2000. Plus, one standout installation wtihh receive $2500! 
• All installations must be strong, stable, and secure, weighted down and/or attached to an existing structure or post.
• All installations are pending the approval of the Culture team. 

Call for Vendors:

The Culture team also seeks interested artists/artisans vendors to attend this year's Night of Art. Vendors interested in displaying and selling pieces are encouraged to apply.

• Artists/artisans are responsible for having someone stationed at their display and are required to handle all sales independently.
• Artists/artisan vendors selected to display and sell their work will be charged a small fee of $40.

Submission Guidelines and Selection Procedure:

• All artists must book a mandatory phone conversation with Night of Art event organizers to casually discuss their potential piece by Friday, July 11, 2025. To book a time, email [email protected]
• Online submissions are due on Friday, July 25, 2025, at midnight. 
• Residents and students of Niagara are encouraged to apply.
• Standard conflict of interest guidelines apply.
