Hours of operation
7 a.m. to 11 p.m. 7 days per week unless a paid event is schedule in rink #1. Most Thursday and Friday evenings are booked for paid Junior hockey games and the track will be unavailable.

Track Rules
Please review the following information before visiting the Gale Centre indoor walking track:
- Please be considerate to all users and respect staff instruction. Keep noise levels down while using track.
- Use caution when entering and exiting the track. The person in the lane has the right of way.
- All individuals must travel in the same direction as posted.
- No exercise equipment (ie skipping ropes, medicine balls, floor mats, etc) is permitted on the track or in the track vicinity.
- Walk/Run no more than two across (side by side).
- Please be cautious when passing. Always pass on the outside.
- Please do not stop while on the track. If you need a rest, please do so of track.
- Stretching is NOT permitted on the lanes of the indoor track.
- Spectators are strictly forbidden to block track lanes while standing and watching
- The City requests that all guests bring a clean pair of indoor walking shoes to wear while on the track.
- Outdoor boots, wet shoes, sandals or slippers are not permitted.
- Shirts and closed toe shoes are required to be worn at all times.
- No personal/group training is permitted on the track.
- Please ensure stroller wheels are appropriately cleaned for use on the track.
- Food and drink are not allowed on the track. Only water is permitted and must be kept in a closed container.
- Be courteous to others and mind your time.
- Children age 15 and under must be accompanied on the track by an adult.
- No pets are permitted (service animals excepted).
- Track may be closed for ticketed events (signs will be posted for each closure).
- Please consult a physician before using any of our recreation facilities and before beginning a workout program.
- A coat rack will be available for track users.
- There are no lockers or other secure storage space.
- The City of Niagara Falls is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal property.
