March is MSA awareness month. We use the month to encourage physical activity and moving anyway you can to bring awareness to MSA. The Falls are lighting up purple in honour of MSA and our fight. We will be hosting a free 30 minute exercise class down at the Falls at 7pm. Come on our, raise some awareness, support our MSA fighters and enjoy some fitness and fun by the Falls! #Move4MSA
