Membership Information

Our 60 plus Programs operates on a membership basis. Anyone who is 60 years of age and older is eligible to become a member. The facilities at the Centre provide an opportunity for a variety of recreation, arts and cultural activities. Membership entitles one to participate in the programs and special events offered by paying a nominal drop-in fee or purchasing tickets. Our facility can improve your life in many ways and you will soon see the benefits of membership such as making new friends, participation in a regular exercise routine, or involvement in volunteer opportunities.

Membership Fees (2022) - 6 month term

  • Residents of the City of Niagara Falls $25.00
  • Non Residents $30.00

Gift Certificates: We offer Gift Certificates, which may be purchased for Memberships, Registration to Classes, Merchandise, Special Events or just about anything. Gift certificates make great gifts for your friends or relatives. You can spend as little or as much as you like on the certificates.

Wellness Card: Currently unavailable while we renovate our new fitness space at the MacBain Centre.

Fitness Pass: No more scrambling around for loose change! You may now pre-pay for Exercise Classes. Choose from a $25.00 card good for 10 classes or a $35.00 card good for all $3.50 classes. Passes can be purchased at the Customer Service Desk at the MacBain Centre.  Bring your fitness pass to the class and the instructor will punch the card.  


It is truly the dedication and commitment of our volunteers that contribute to the successful operation of the Older Adult Programs. We have many rewarding Volunteer Opportunities available. If you are interested in becoming a volunteer and being part of the fun and excitement at the Centre then contact the office for more information.

Methods of Payment

We accepts Visa, Mastercard, Debit, Cash or Cheque as methods of payment.

Refund Policy

No program refunds will be given after one week prior to the commencement of the program.

Request for refund must include a medical note.  A $5.00 administration fee will be applied. Any refunds other than those listed above will be at the discretion of the Manager. Refunds will be applied as a credit to member account.
