Membership

To purchase a membership, please visit the MacBain Community Centre where you can fill out an application to join and pay for your membership. Membership will become due and payable in full on the 6 month anniversary of joining date regardless of attendance.  No refunds will be given on membership fees. Should a membership lapse beyond 6 months of expiry date membership will be treated as a new application and not a renewal.

Membership Fees - 6 month term

  • Residents of the City of Niagara Falls $25.00
  • Non Residents $30.00

Gift Certificates: We offer Gift Certificates, which may be purchased for Memberships, or registration to classes, . Gift certificates make great gifts for your friends or relatives. You can spend as little or as much as you like on the certificates.

Fitness Pass/Program Pass: No more scrambling around for loose change! You may now pre-pay for classes/programs. $27.50 for a Fitness Pass card or $15 for a Program Pass both good for 10 classes. Passes can be purchased at the recreation Desk at the MacBain Centre.  Bring your pass to the class and the instructor will punch the card.  

Volunteering

It is truly the dedication and commitment of our volunteers that contribute to the successful operation of the Older Adult Programs. At this time we have volunteer greeter shifts available. Mornings or afternoons for one day per week. If you are interested in becoming a volunteer and being part of the fun and excitement at the Centre then contact the office for more information.

Methods of Payment

We accepts Visa, Mastercard, Debit, Cash or Cheque as methods of payment.

Refund Policy

No program refunds will be given after one week prior to the commencement of the program.

Request for refund must include a medical note.  A $5.00 administration fee will be applied. Any refunds other than those listed above will be at the discretion of the Manager. Refunds will be applied as a credit to member account.
