NIAGARA FALLS, ON - The City of Niagara Falls is excited to introduce our new CityView Portal. CityView is an all-in-one community development software designed to streamline planning and building permit applications through a paperless process that enhances our customer communication and internal productivity.
The CityView portal provides builders, developers, residents, and businesses with a convenient process to:
• apply online for a building permit or planning application
• check the status of an application
• make payments
• request an inspection
• and search for a property.
This new online service is available 24/7 from almost anywhere there is an internet connection. No more waiting in line to submit an application or calling for a status update.
To access the portal, you must register for a MyCity Dashboard account. The online portal will provide step-by-step instructions on creating an account, submitting an application, or making a payment.
