Text Message Scam Alert: Pre-Authorized Tax or Water Payments

SCAM ALERT | Concerns have been brought to the City’s attention regarding a text message scam asking residents to sign up for Pre-Authorized Tax or Water Payments.

Be advised the City of Niagara Falls does not send text messages for this service. If you, or someone you know, receives one of these messages, do not click on any links and delete them.

Residents can only sign up for Pre-Authorized Payments by completing an application form provided by the City.
