Niagara Falls, ON, May 26, 2016 – Getting back into cycling? Looking to refresh your knowledge and skills? Bike Niagara and the City of Niagara Falls are partnering to provide a free Rediscover Cycling seminar on Saturday, June 18, 2016 from 9am to 12pm at the Gale Centre, located at 5152 Thorold Stone Road in Niagara Falls. The seminar is free, open to all Niagara Region residents. Registration is to be done online in advance, at the City of Niagara Falls website www.niagarafalls.ca
The two-part course starts with a one-hour seminar covering basic bike safety tips. An optional on-bike session will follow and feature a group ride, departing from the Gale Centre. Cyclists wishing to take part in the on-bike portion must be 14 years of age or older, wear a bicycle helmet and will need to bring a bike that fits properly and is in good operating condition.
The Rediscover Cycling Seminar is developed and implemented by trained Ontario CanBike instructors and is sponsored by the Park in the City Committee.
