NIAGARA FALLS, ON - Residents and property owners in the City of Niagara Falls will still be able to manage their accounts with the City despite the Canada Post labour disruption which commenced at 10 a.m. this morning in Niagara Falls. Although the rotating strike may last only 24 hours, services could be delayed further as returning workers address a potential backlog of requests.

As a result of the labour disruption, City account holders may not receive their water or tax bills or be able to make payments through mail delivery on time. However, City accounts must be kept up to date to avoid penalties. The following alternative payment and account inquiry options are available:

  • Sign-up for MyCity Dashboard for online access to your accounts
  • Sign-up for our pre-authorized payment plans:
  • Make your payments or inquire about your accounts in person at:
    • City Hall (4310 Queen Street, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.)
    • MacBain Community Centre (7150 Montrose Road, hours posted here)
  • Make payments at the drop boxes located outside City Hall and the MacBain Community Centre
  • Make payments at any bank, credit union or trust company (up to and including the due date)
  • Make your payments online through your financial institution
