NIAGARA FALLS, ON - Celebrate the harvest, buy a pumpkin, and help feed local children. The Niagara Falls Farmers' Market Harvest Hoopla takes place Saturday, October 20, from 7 a.m. to 1 p.m. at 5943 Sylvia Place, behind the Niagara Falls History Museum, near the corner of Main and Ferry.
All proceeds from pumpkins purchased from DeVries Fruit Farm at Saturday's market will go to Niagara Nutrition Partners. Niagara Nutrition Partners is a Region-wide initiative that provides coordinated nutrition programs in elementary and secondary schools. Every day 17,000 students are served a healthy and nutritious meal as a result of the efforts and funds received from Niagara Nutrition Partners.

Families are encouraged to bring their children to explore and enjoy the bounty of the season: corn, pumpkins, cabbage, tomatoes, potatoes, apples, pears and much more. There will also be a bouncy castle and face painting (9 a.m. to 12 noon). Come see what all the hoopla is about—the Harvest Hoopla!
