Notice of Committee of Adjustment Public Meeting (A-2021-045)


The subject property known as 3450 Stanley Avenue, located on the east side of Stanley Avenue between Swayze Drive and Heritage Drive.

The applicant is requesting the Committee of Adjustment to consider a minor variance from a provision of Zoning By-law No. 79-200, as amended, through a process permitted by Section 45(1) of the Planning Act (R.S.O. 1990, c.P.13).

The applicant is proposing to upgrade and expand the existing wastewater treatment plant located on the subject property and is requesting a variance from the minimum rear yard depth requirement of Zoning By-law No. 79-200.  Where the By-law requires a minimum rear yard depth of 7.5 metres, a rear yard depth of 5 metres is proposed.  A variance of 2.5 metres is requested.
