  • How can I help clean up the City?

    Each spring, the Park in the City Committee hosts the Community Clean Sweep Event. In addition, dedicated groups wishing to regularly clean a street, park and/or trail are able to adopt an area and will be provided gloves, vests and bags when needed.   • What are the hours at Oakes Park?

    Oakes Park is open daily to the public from 6 a.m. until 9 p.m.  Washrooms open at 7 a.m.  The Grandstand remains closed for construction as of November 3, 2020 (expected to re-open in the Spring of 2021).
