City crew has reevaluated the conditions within both Dog Parks the afternoon of Tuesday, February 7th. The Niagara Falls Humane Society Dog Park is now fully open. Firemen's Park Dog Park remains entirely closed due to the ice.
Firemen's Park Dog Park will be reevaluated on a daily basis until deemed safe for reopening.

City crew has reevaluated the conditions within both Dog Parks the morning of Monday, February 6th. The Niagara Falls Humane Society Dog Parks small breed enclosure is now open, the large breed enclosure remains closed due to ice. Firemen's Park Dog Park remains entirely closed due to the ice.
Both Dog Parks will be reevaluated Tuesday, February 7.

City crews will reevaluate the icy conditions on Monday, February 6. The Dog Parks at Firemen's Park and Niagara Falls Humane Society will remain temporarily closed until further notice.

The Dog Parks at Firemen's Park (2275 Dorchester Road at Mountain Road) and Niagara Falls Humane Society (6025 Chippawa Parkway, near Stanley Avenue) have been temporarily closed due to icy conditions. City crews will reevaluate the situation on Sunday, February 5, as temperatures are expected to increase. A further update will be provided as soon as possible.
