Zoning By-law Amendment Application (AM-2020-013)
The requested zoning amendment is to permit for a 7 storey, 30 suite addition to the existing hotel with a 4 storey podium. The subject land is zoned Tourist Commercial (TC), as amended by By-laws 2006-093, 2012-060 and 2012-061. These permit the existing 7 storey hotel, and exempt the owner from providing parking for any restaurant, meeting room and retail components of the hotel. The applicant is requesting a new TC zone with site specific loading space regulations and front, exterior side and rear yard depth regulations for the 7 storey tower expansion.
