The zoning amendment is requested to permit the development of 4 storey, 16 unit apartment building on the land.  

The land is zoned Residential 1C Density (R1C), in accordance with Zoning By-law No. 79-200.  The applicant is requesting the lands to be rezoned to the Residential Apartment 5A Density (R5A) zone, with site specific regulations for lot area, interior side yard width, building height, projection of a balcony into a required side yard and parking.
