Draft Plan of Subdivision Application (26T-11-2017-001)


The applicant proposes to develop a Plan of Subdivision on the lands fronting onto Pettit Avenue and Cropp Street comprised of 12 blocks of land. Eleven of the blocks are proposed for 61 on-street townhouse dwelling units fronting on both streets. Another block is proposed behind the eleven blocks and is proposed for the future development of stacked townhouse dwellings and apartment buildings.
