Willoughby Drive Reconstruction
Project Description
Through recent CCTV inspection, sanitary sewer was identified in numerous sections as needing replacement. Project would be spread over two year period and include sanitary sewer, storm sewer and watermain replacement as well as full road reconstruction on Willoughby Drive from Main Street to Weinbrenner Road.
