Asset Management Plan Update
Project Description
This is a provincially mandated update to our Asset Management Plan for our Core Infrastructure (Roads, Sewers, Watermains, Storm, Bridges and Culverts. The scope would also include Process Mapping and recommendations of our Asset Capitalization and reporting processes, staff resource requirements and development of Decision Support Tools.
