For engineering and design work. Improvements to previously identified deficient street lighting in the area bounded by Dorchester Road, Drummond Road, McLeod Road and Dunn Street, Clifton Hill from Victoria Avenue to River Road and Falls Avenue from Clifton Hill to Bender Hill; Drummond Road from Thorold Stone Road to Cherrywood Road.
