Life Cycle

In 2017 the City retained GM BluePlan to review and assess both the operational and structural condition of the existing CSO outfall facilities at Sinnicks and Keith. The study provided a short, medium and long term plan with cost estimates to mitigate any identified issues and address MOECC concerns, including eventual de-commissioning of the existing CSO tanks. This 2017 project cost was $70,000.
In 2018 additional scope was included to evaluate the service needs for industrial land development in the Stanley Avenue industry area. The study was completed.

Keith Street Trunk Sewers Realignment

Project Description

For the engineering design of the realignment of Keith Street trunk sewers and new road construction from Keith Street to Stanley Avenue. This is based on the 2017 Sinnicks and Keith Combined Sewer Overflow (CSO) study report.
