Please be advised that a water hydrant install is required on Main Street in Chippawa.
Due to the extensive restoration work that must be undertaken to install the new hydrant, Main Street will be closed between Lamont Avenue and Sarah Street.
The road closure has an expected duration of approximately 8 to 10 hours.
Emergency access will be available during this install.
The water may be slightly discoloured and off tasting after the interruption. This will disappear shortly after resuming use of the water. Running your cold water tap only, will help resolve the problem.
