Description

The subject property known as 8455 Stanley Ave is located on south-west corner of Progress Street and Stanley Avenue. The applicant is requesting the Committee of Adjustment to consider minor variances from provisions of Zoning By-law No 79-200, as amended, through a process permitted by Section 45(1) of the Planning Act (R.S.O. 1990, c.P.13).

The applicant is proposing to construct an addition to the existing warehouse on the subject property. The property is zoned Prestige Industrial (PI-31), in part, in accordance with Zoning Bylaw No. 79-200, as amended by By-law No. 1981-062, where a warehouse is a permitted use.
