Description
The subject property known as 2349 Portage Rd is located on the Northwest corner of Portage Road and Stanley Avenue.
The applicant is requesting the Committee of Adjustment to consider minor variances from provisions of Zoning By-law No 79-200, as amended, through a process permitted by Section 45(1) of the Planning Act (R.S.O. 1990, c.P.13).
The applicant is proposing to construct a 3-storey (40 unit) apartment dwelling (Building A) and a 3-storey (34 unit) apartment dwelling (Building B) on the subject property. The subject property is zoned Residential Apartment 5B (R5B-1004) in accordance with Zoning By-law
No. 79-200, as amended by site specific By-laws No. 2014-075 and 2020-091.
