Notice of Committee of Adjustment Public Meeting (B-2017-045 & A-2017-048)


Application B-2017-045 is made for consent to partial discharge of mortgage and to convey 8 parcels of land (Parts 6 through 13) containing an industrial building for continued industrial use.  The applicant is proposing to merge Parts 6 through 13, inclusive, with the lands known as 5888 Thorold Stone Road (Part 14) which contains a car dealership.  A parcel of land Parts 1 through 5 containing a building known as 5900 Thorold Stone Road will be retained for continued industrial use.

A concurrent minor variance application (File A-2017-048) has been submitted to vary the zoning regulations of Zoning By-law No. 79-200.
