Zoning By-law Amendment & Draft Plan of Subdivision Applications (AM-2017-016 & 26T-11-2017-003)
The applicant has submitted an application to subdivide 5.15 hectares of land on the south side of Mountain Road between St. Paul Avenue and Colangelo Drive into 82 lots for single detached dwellings.
The applicant has also submitted an application to amend the Zoning By-law. The lands proposed to be subdivided are currently zoned Development Holding (DH), in accordance with Zoning By-law No. 79-200. The applicant is requesting to rezone the lands (Lots 1-82) to a site specific Residential Single Family 1E Density (R1E) zone.
