Notice of Committee of Adjustment Public Meeting (B-2017-035)


The proposal is to reconfigure the lot boundaries between two existing parcels. The application is made for consent to convey 3.29 hectares (Part 3) from 9200 Sodom Road (Part 1) for future residential use.  The dwelling known as 9200 Sodom Road will be retained on 0.41 hectares (Part 1) for continued residential use. Part 3 is to be added to 9234 Sodom Road (Part 2), with an area of 0.41 hectares containing a single detached dwelling.
