NIAGARA FALLS, ON— The MacBain Community Centre is inviting the community to a free Health Fair & Social on Tuesday, November 19, from 2:00 to 5:30 p.m.
The Community Health Fair, presented by Brock University Nursing Students, will take place in the gymnasium to promote health awareness. The event also includes the opportunity to win a prize!
Attendees can explore a variety of health topics, including:

- Diabetes Awareness
- Importance of Exercise Across Lifespan
- Menopause
- Mental Health Promotion Awareness
- Neuropathic Pain Management
- Palliative & End of Life Care
- Post-Injury Youth
- Promoting Community Garden
- Screen Use Before Bed for Adolescence
- Senior Centres to Promote Health
- Skin Cancer Prevention
- Sleep Hygiene
- Vaping in Youth
Also, in recognition of "Talk to a Stranger Week," guests are encouraged to visit the lobby, where complimentary tea, coffee, and light refreshments will be served. This is an excellent opportunity to mingle with others in the community and participate in fun games designed to break the ice and foster new connections.
