City of Niagara Falls announces details for Canada Day Celebration event at Firemen's Park on July 1

NIAGARA FALLS, ON - The City of Niagara Falls invites residents to Firemen’s Park on Monday, July 1, from 11 am to 4 pm to celebrate Canada Day. For complete details, visit niagarafalls.ca/canadaday.

Live Music & Entertainment
The free admission event will feature five musical acts throughout the day on the Amphitheater Stage, headlined by The Madhatters, a Niagara-based quartet featuring melodic instrumentals and larger-than-life vocals.

The Kids Zone Stage, presented by Ontario Power Generation, will host interactive performances, including a Mario Brothers & Peach meet & greet, acrobatic and magic shows, and more.

All-Ages Activities
In true Canadian fashion, interactive hockey games will be available at Firemen's Park. Outdoor curling, axe throwing (ages 8+), and activities for the entire family will also be at the event.

Kids Programming
In addition to the Kids Zone Stage, there will be no shortage of fun and engaging activities for children, including a 15,000-piece LEGO zone, inflatables, face painting, balloons, mascots, and more.

Food & Drink
Bring your appetite - nearly ten food trucks and food stations will be set up at Firemen’s Park! Canada Day cupcakes will be served to the first 500 attendees, while quantities remain.

Shuttle Busses
Shuttle busses will be operating from City Hall, MacBain Community Centre, Gale Centre, Club Italia and Niagara Square. Visit niagarafalls.ca/canadaday for a complete schedule.
