The Niagara Falls Culture Committee's Purpose is to foster, develop and unite artistic and cultural activities in the community. Through an Arts & Culture Wall of Fame initiative the community celebrates the many outstanding accomplishments of its past and present citizens, as well as the works of art that reflect the best of Niagara Falls.
The Niagara Square housed the Wall of Fame until its closure in 2017. The Niagara Falls Public Library (Victoria Avenue branch) served as the Wall of Fame's temporary location until the completion of the Niagara Falls Exchange in 2024. The Exchange now houses the Wall of Fame and serves as its permanent home. In keeping with the facility's modern design, the Wall of Fame format was revamped, and new recognition pieces were installed.
