Online access to Water and Property Tax accounts

Niagara Falls Water Bill customers and property owners, now have the opportunity to view their water/property tax account information online through the MyCity Dashboard.

Simply create a profile to view your water account information or validate your property information. If you've already set up a profile for your water account, you can log in to send a request to validate your property.

The Water Dashboard lets you:

  • View transaction history
  • View account balance
  • View meter reading history
  • Download a copy of a bill
  • Make a payment using your credit card (convenience fee will apply)
  • Report a meter reading, mailing address change, sign up for e-billing

The Property Tax Dashboard lets you:

  • Download current Tax Account Hardcopy
  • View payment history & installments online
  • Access historical Assessed Value and Tax Levy data
  • Make a payment using your credit card (convenience fee will apply)
  • Sign up for e-billing
