Two-factor authentication is an extra layer of security for your MyCity Dashboard account to ensure that you're the only person who can access your account. In order for Two-Factor Authentication to be enabled, your phone number must be a mobile number capable of accepting SMS/Text messages.
If enabled, when you log into the Dashboard, a 6 digit code will be sent via text message (SMS) to the phone number in your profile. You will be required to enter that code into the dashboard before you can finish the login process.
You can cancel at any time by turning off the feature in the dashboard. Standard messaging and data rates will apply.
