Online access to Water and Property Tax accounts
Niagara Falls Water Bill customers and property owners, now have the opportunity to view their water/property tax account information online through the MyCity Dashboard.
Simply create a profile to view your water account information or validate your property information. If you've already set up a profile for your water account, you can log in to send a request to validate your property.
The Water Dashboard lets you:
- View transaction history
- View account balance
- View meter reading history
- Download a copy of a bill
- Make a payment using your credit card (convenience fee will apply)
- Report a meter reading, mailing address change, sign up for e-billing
The Property Tax Dashboard lets you:
- Download current Tax Account Hardcopy
- View payment history & installments online
- Access historical Assessed Value and Tax Levy data
- Make a payment using your credit card (convenience fee will apply)
- Sign up for e-billing
The Building Permit and Planning Dashboard lets you:
- Apply for a building permit
- Submit planning applications
- Upload relevant documents
- Make a payment using your credit card (convenience fee will apply)
- Check the status of your application
- Book an inspection
- Search a property
