Winter programs

Winter programs run from January 4 to February 7, and from February 8 to March 14.

Registration: Winter registration started on Wednesday, December 10, at 6:00 pm (online) and on December 11, at 9:00 am (in-person).

Bollywood Dance/Fit merges the excitement of Bollywood dance with a heart-pumping fitness workout. This class combines cardio bursts, toning exercises and easy-to-follow choreography to deliver a fun, upbeat full-body workout. Suitable for all fitness levels; no dance experience necessary.

  • Fridays at 6:30 pm
  • Saturdays at 11:00 am

Register and pay

HIIT, or high-intensity interval training, is a cardio workout that alternates between short bursts of intense exercise and brief recovery periods. It's a fun and effective way to improve fitness, burn calories, and boost metabolism in less time than traditional cardio. 

  • Sundays at 1:00 pm
  • Mondays, Wednesdays, or Fridays at 7:15 am

Cardio kickboxing is a high-energy fitness class that combines martial arts techniques, primarily from kickboxing, with aerobic exercise. It's a full-body workout that focuses on punching and kicking motions to improve cardiovascular health, burn calories, and enhance agility and coordination. 

  • Tuesdays at 5:30 pm
  • Thursdays at 7:45 pm

Register and pay

This class follows an "Every Minute on the Minute" schedule, where participants complete a set number of reps of an exercise within each minute, using any remaining time as rest before the next minute begins. This is a fun and challenging interval fitness class allowing for both strength and endurance training that can be easily adapted to different fitness levels and goals.

You move your body slowly and deliberately into poses that challenge your strength and flexibility while focusing on relaxation and mindfulness.

Power Flow Foundation is a gentle yet empowering strength-building program that blends Pilates flow with foundational resistance training. Designed for beginners, this program helps develop core strength and functional movement and full-body muscular balance.

Come out and discover the basics of racquetball, learning skills, drills, and games from community racquetball coaches Todd Bright and Tammy Gray. The small group settings will ensure everyone gets plenty of playtime and coaching! All equipment provided. We also have youth lessons.

Classes beginning January 8:

Note: No experience is necessary, but rotations are shared with advanced youth players.

Exercises focus on adding definition to your physique with higher reps and lower weight. These workouts will help improve your circulation, metabolism, and caloric burn, further enhancing the shape and definition of your muscles.

The Davinci Method of fascia strength training guides you through a series of fundamental linear movements geared to correct and improve posture, mobility, and strength. 

TRX is a revolutionary workout that incorporates a special set of straps hanging from the wall. You use your body weight and gravity as resistance to build strength, balance, coordination, flexibility, core strength, and joint stability.

  • Mondays at 6:15 pm

Register and pay

The class is designed to create a stronger body by working on strengthening muscles, bones and joints in a safe and controlled environment. From body weight to TRX and dumbbells, learn various ways to excite your muscles and strengthen your body.

  • Tuesdays at 7:00 pm

Register and pay

Improve strength and balance with weights, bands, and body weight exercises. Then enjoy a long stretch and relax.

  • Thursdays at 7:45 pm

You can enjoy tennis in an enclosed dome! Lessons are avaiable through Tennis Clubs of Canada.
