Discover a range of fun and engaging programs to suit your interests. Adult (18+) registered programs require an account and sign-up in advance. All registered programs take place at the MacBain Community Centre unless otherwise posted.


Program dates

Spring programs run until the end of June.

Summer programs run from July 5 to August 29.

Summer program registration opens:

  • June 3 at 6:00 pm – Online registration for Niagara Falls residents
  • June 4 at 9:00 am – In person registration for Niagara Falls residents
  • June 5 at 9:00 am – Registration for out of town residents

Bollywood Dance/Fit merges the excitement of Bollywood dance with a heart-pumping fitness workout. This class combines cardio bursts, toning exercises and easy-to-follow choreography to deliver a fun, upbeat full-body workout. Suitable for all fitness levels; no dance experience necessary.

Cardio Flow is a low-impact to moderate-intensity workout that combines continuous movement, balance, coordination and light strength training to improve heart health, mobility, endurance, and core stability. The flowing movement patterns help support joint function, posture and daily functional fitness while keeping the body active without long periods of strain.

  • Sundays at 10:15 am

HIIT, or high-intensity interval training, is a cardio workout that alternates between short bursts of intense exercise and brief recovery periods. It's a fun and effective way to improve fitness, burn calories, and boost metabolism in less time than traditional cardio.

  • Wednesdays or Fridays at 7:15 am

You move your body slowly and deliberately into poses that challenge your strength and flexibility while focusing on relaxation and mindfulness.

  • Tuesdays at 5:15 pm (Pre-registered only)
  • Thursdays at 7:30 pm (Register in advance for the session or drop in)
  • Sundays at 9:00 am (Register in advance for the session or drop in)

We have pickleball courts available. You need to register to play.

Ages 18+:

  • All Levels: Monday/Wednesday/Friday from 1:15 pm to 3:15 pm (Maximum 30)
  • All Levels: Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 10:30 am, and 10:45 am to 12:45 pm (Maximum 6)
  • All Levels: Sunday from 7:00 am to 9:00 am (Maximum 18)
  • Beginner: Thursday from 12:30 pm to 3:15 pm (Maximum 30)

Power Flow Foundation is a gentle yet empowering strength-building program that blends Pilates flow with foundational resistance training. Designed for beginners, this program helps develop core strength and functional movement and full-body muscular balance.

Come out and discover the basics of racquetball, learning skills, drills, and games from community racquetball coaches Todd Bright and Tammy Gray. The small group settings will ensure everyone gets plenty of playtime and coaching! All equipment provided. We also have youth lessons.

Exercises focus on adding definition to your physique with higher reps and lower weight. These workouts will help improve your circulation, metabolism, and caloric burn, further enhancing the shape and definition of your muscles.

A barre-inspired fitness class is a low-impact, full-body workout that blends elements of ballet, Pilates, and strength training. Using small, controlled movements and high repetitions, participants focus on building muscular endurance, improving posture, and enhancing flexibility. The class incorporates a chair for balance, along with light weights, resistance bands, and bodyweight exercises to target the arms, core, glutes, and legs.

The Davinci Method of fascia strength training guides you through a series of fundamental linear movements geared to correct and improve posture, mobility, and strength. 

TRX is a revolutionary workout that incorporates a special set of straps hanging from the wall. You use your body weight and gravity as resistance to build strength, balance, coordination, flexibility, core strength, and joint stability.

  • Mondays at 6:15 pm

Register and pay

The class is designed to create a stronger body by working on strengthening muscles, bones and joints in a safe and controlled environment. From body weight to TRX and dumbbells, learn various ways to excite your muscles and strengthen your body.

  • Tuesdays at 7:00 pm

Register and pay

Improve strength and balance with weights, bands, and body weight exercises. Then enjoy a long stretch and relax.

You can enjoy tennis in an enclosed dome! Lessons are available through Tennis Clubs of Canada.
