Report a park or playground concern

If you see broken equipment, safety problems, messes, or accessibility issues in a City park or playground, let us know! Your report helps us fix things quickly and keep the park safe and fun for everyone.

Ways to report

You can report a park or playground concern in a few easy ways:

Note: Please provide the location of the park or playground (address or nearest intersection). Including a photo of the issue is optional, but it can help staff assess the concern more quickly.

Frequently asked questions

We cut the grass in parks and along trails about every 15 days. If it’s too wet, we may need to wait. We mulch the grass where it falls and don’t rake or pick up the grass clippings in the parks.

We don't put splashpads in neighbourhood parks, but you can enjoy them at several larger parks.

To find a splashpad near you, visit our Outdoor Pools and Splashpad page.
