Murals

Discover the vibrant murals in Niagara Falls! Niagara Falls is more than just a natural wonder, it's also a canvas for creativity. We have a growing collection of stunning public artworks that bring colour, culture, and community stories to life across the city. From hidden alleyways to prominent downtown walls, these murals celebrate local history and contemporary expression.

Niagara Falls urban walls program

The Urban Walls program brings more art to our streets and public spaces. Murals brighten neighbourhoods, prevent graffiti, and connect the community.

We support local artists by linking them with building owners, involving residents in design choices, and offering workshops, mentoring, and paid projects. Our Artist Database helps match artists with opportunities.

Through the program, building owners can submit walls for murals. A panel selects the final design, and the City provides funding and support for artworks that can last up to five years.
