Niagara Falls Farmers' Market

Market details

Location: Niagara Square, 7555 Montrose Road, Niagara Falls
Dates: Every Saturday from May 23 to June 27, 2026
Time: 7:00 am to 1:00 pm (rain or shine)

Location: MacBain Community Centre, 7150 Montrose Road, Niagara Falls
Dates: Every Saturday from July 4 to October 10, 2026
Time: 7:00 am to 1:00 pm (rain or shine)

The market hosts 30 to 40 vendors selling:

Market Vendors

2026 vendor applications 

Full-time and daily rate vendor applications are now being accepted for the 2026 Farmers’ Market season. Please complete our online application form to be considered an approved vendor for the 2026 Farmers’ Market season.

2026 Niagara Falls Farmers' Market Vendor Application

The application process will be open until April 10, 2026, for full-time acceptance. Daily rate vendors can register throughout the Market season. All potential vendors, including returning vendors, must complete this form to be considered. City Staff will approve applications as they are submitted. Final notice of approval for full-time entries will be emailed by April 24, 2026. Once you have been approved as a successful applicant, you will be sent a payment link to complete your application. Payment must be completed prior to the Market season to secure your booth.

Vendor handbook

Prior to registering to become a vendor, please review the vendor handbook to determine if the Market is a good fit for your business. Please note that all vendors are responsible for all items involving their setup (tents, tables, chairs, etc.). The City does not provide any power options or water supplies.

Food and Beverage Vendors

All food and beverage vendors are to acquire a vendor permit from the Niagara Region Public Health Department in order to participate in any Farmers’ Market with the Niagara Region. Applications can be found online on the Niagara Region website.
